I never really appreciated the newness of a brand new baby until I became a mom. So when I get the opportunity to photograph newborns it leaves me wanting all the babies! I got to spend my morning with sweet Luca who was seven days new. He was so alert and that head full of hair could be described no other way than edible. Warning baby fever may will ensue.

It's not hard to fall in love with the Smith family as soon as you meet them. A golden named Buddy bounds to meet you at the door with kisses in excess if you bend down to greet him. I have had the privilege of calling Jake and Lisa my friends for quite some time now so when it came to photographing baby Morgan I was honored with the opportunity.
